Anytime Pass gives you the flexibility to schedule deliveries any day of the week, while Midweek Pass (Tuesday-Thursday) offers a more economical option. Both include unlimited deliveries with a $35 minimum order. Anytime Pass starts at $9.99/month with savings up to 17% on longer plans, while Midweek Pass starts at $8.99/month.

What products are available through Voilà?

In Ontario, we carry fresh produce and grocery items from Sobeys alongside customer favourites from Farm Boy, Longo's, and Well.ca. In Quebec, we offer products from IGA alongside favourites like Kim Phat and Ricardo. In Alberta, we carry items from Sobeys and Safeway. Our product assortment continues to expand weekly.

What are the delivery fees without a pass?

Delivery fees vary by timeslot and are displayed during booking. Your order fee includes assembly and delivery, with no hidden service fees or surcharges. While tipping isn't expected, you can tip your delivery teammate for exceptional service.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel the auto-renewal at any time by selecting 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' before your pass expiration date. Your pass will remain valid until its expiration date.
