Frequently Asked Questions

What is AH Bezorgbundel?

AH Bezorgbundel is Albert Heijn's delivery membership that provides unlimited free delivery on grocery orders over €50. Choose between Buurt Bezorgbundel (€7.99/month) for eco-friendly neighborhood delivery moments or Onbeperkt Bezorgbundel (€10.99/month) for access to all available delivery slots. Both plans allow booking up to 3 weeks in advance.

What's the difference between Buurt and Onbeperkt Bezorgbundel?

Buurt Bezorgbundel (€7.99/month) offers delivery on specific neighborhood moments when Albert Heijn is already in your area, making it more eco-friendly. Onbeperkt Bezorgbundel (€10.99/month) gives you access to all available delivery moments, providing maximum flexibility. Both plans include unlimited free delivery on orders over €50.

How much are standard delivery fees without membership?

Standard delivery fees without AH Bezorgbundel range from €1.95 to €7.95 per order, depending on the chosen delivery time slot. Pick Up Points have a flat rate of €1.95. Peak times and weekends typically have higher delivery fees. With membership, all delivery fees are waived on orders over €50.

When does AH Bezorgbundel become worth it?

AH Bezorgbundel becomes worthwhile with just 2 deliveries per month. At €10.99/month for Onbeperkt or €7.99/month for Buurt, you save money compared to paying standard delivery fees (€4.95 average). For example, with 4 deliveries per month at €4.95 each, you'd pay €19.80 in delivery fees without membership, versus €10.99 with Onbeperkt Bezorgbundel - saving €8.81 monthly.

What is the minimum order amount?

With AH Bezorgbundel membership, the minimum order amount is €50. Without membership, the minimum order is €70 (or €50 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). The lower minimum with membership makes it easier to qualify for free delivery on smaller, more frequent orders.

Can I cancel my AH Bezorgbundel subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your AH Bezorgbundel subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of each month. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 1 month's notice after the first year. You can also try the Onbeperkt Bezorgbundel free for one month before committing.

Is AH Bezorgbundel available in Belgium?

Yes, AH Bezorgbundel is available in Belgium, specifically in the Antwerp region and surrounding areas. The pricing and benefits are the same as in the Netherlands, with delivery available to Belgian households. Albert Heijn has been active in Belgium since 2011.

What are the environmental benefits of Buurt Bezorgbundel?

Buurt Bezorgbundel helps reduce environmental impact by consolidating deliveries to specific neighborhood moments. When multiple orders in the same area are delivered during the same time slot, it reduces total kilometers driven and CO2 emissions. This makes it a more sustainable choice for environmentally conscious shoppers.

How far in advance can I book delivery slots?

With AH Bezorgbundel, you can book delivery slots up to 3 weeks in advance. This allows you to secure your preferred delivery time and plan your grocery shopping ahead. You can also choose a fixed weekly delivery moment for added convenience.
